A Neuro-Training with Kinesiology session is a very personal experience, tailored to address your specific needs.
A history form will be provided for you to complete prior to your session, which we’ll discuss when we first meet. It’s important to thoroughly understand your big picture – both where you are today and the history behind how and why you’ve arrived there.
Neuro-Training with Kinesiology sessions require you to lay fully clothed on a massage table. Each session will be comprised of a combination of muscle monitoring techniques and tailored recuperative and training tools or processes.
I don’t diagnose or label illnesses, rather my focus is on determining and providing what you need to recuperate from the cause of the symptoms you’ve been experiencing or what has been holding you back from thriving.
Muscle monitoring techniques are used to obtain relevant information directly from your nervous system. The muscle monitoring component of the session might feel like a gentle pushing on your arms or legs (this is a hands on modality).
Once the necessary information about your priority focus for the session has been obtained, specific recuperative tools and processes are undertaken with you to address that priority and provide your nervous system with new and better options of how it could respond.
This could take many forms and each session will be uniquely different, depending on the feedback received from your nervous system. Particular points on the body might be held or rubbed, or you might be asked to hold or rub particular points. You may be asked to repeat a phrase or read a passage of text or to undertake various exercises with me.
There may be times where I ask you to talk with me about an issue or provide further information about the context within which we are working. Neuro-Training with Kinesiology sessions are interactive; I hold a safe space for you to work with me to balance and release whatever it is that you need to.
Throughout your session I will have accessed your conscious and subconscious references, whilst allowing you to express your own healing and recuperation path.
Our path of healing and recuperating is expressed according to how we all heal. It is a natural, universal expression and part of being human. We all have the ability to recuperate. Sometimes we just get a little stuck sorting that out.
How we heal is expressed in a certain order and according to observable patterns. We all do this in the same way. First, our head clears and we begin to get clarity in our direction. Then we may trace through old patterns and feelings that have been suppressed for a long time and lastly our physical body begins to repair. It is important to work with these natural and universal patterns of healing so you can recuperate in the easiest and best possible way.
While your nervous system retraces and sorts through the references it needs for you to fully heal, you may experience of sense of clarity and purpose, both specifically around the issue we worked with and perhaps more generally. Or you may find that this clarity takes more time or more sessions to reach. It might feel like an internal shift is taking place, perhaps subtlety at first and then with increasing vigour, or you may notice a marked internal shift straight away. As everyone has had a different experience in life you may recuperate faster or slower than another. It all depends on your past conditioning, your available energy to heal and other internal references.
It is possible that whatever ‘sorting out’ you do after your Neuro-Training with Kinesiology session could be a bit uncomfortable. This can happen as your internal references are burning off the ‘old stuff’ so that you can get back to the integrated and innately intelligent – you. That is, what you were designed to be. If this happens, trust that this is a completely normal response and view it as an indication that you are getting better. Know that it will pass. We don’t want to stop or suppress this natural expression, it’s better out than in.
Having recuperated from your past conditioning through these sessions will make you feel better, give you opportunities to make new choices, use new references and access your subconscious strengths and talents.

This really depends on the individual, the longevity and complexity of the presenting issue and exactly what you want to achieve from your sessions.
As mentioned above, how we heal is expressed in a certain order and according to observable patterns. We all do this in the same way, however we have all arrived at where we are in different ways. This is not a one size fits all modality, it is tailored specifically to you. The time you take to recuperate might be different to others.
Generally, up to three sessions may be required to address an issue, although issues that have been in existence for many years or are complex may take longer to fully address.
Recommended spacing between sessions is also dependent on the individual and the presenting issue and is best discussed at the conclusion of your first session.
Many people find that once the presenting issue has been addressed, having regular maintenance sessions is a great prevention tool to ensure that further stressors do not accumulate.
Others find that once the presenting issue has been addressed, further sessions focused on utilising inner resources in the most congruent way can make an enormous difference to their enjoyment of life.
